A Decade of Design: Celebrating Ten Years of Inchyra
Congratulations to Caroline Inchyra who launched her fabric design company one decade ago this autumn!
We were delighted to celebrate with Caroline at The Fabric Collective showroom where friends, family, designers and press came together to raise a toast for this momentous milestone.

Having started the company with no idea where the venture would take her, Inchyra's beautiful ‘aged’ linen fabrics are now available not only in London and nationwide but internationally, across the USA and into Australia and New Zealand. What started as an obsession with finding a way to recreate old linens, both in look and feel, resulted in this exquisite collection of fabric inspired by vintage designs and textiles.
"I find inspiration in something found, perhaps a scrap of antique fabric or an old plate, and the route may be to simply recreate something that no longer exists and give it new life, or it may be to edit and play with form, colour or size to create something new. I try to always link what we're doing back to fabrics that we already have so that the whole collection works comfortably together. A house decorated in our fabrics feels lived in, it feels comfortably luxurious, you know that you are surrounded by a level of real quality." – Caroline Inchyra
In celebration of this fantastic milestone, Caroline has woven all of her designs from her collection into a stunning celebratory quilt.
